Job Description - Enterprise Account Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager in India.
This role is focused on driving customer success and revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts. The Enterprise Account Manager will manage complex technical sales cycles, retaining and expanding existing customer relationships while uncovering new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and solutions experts, to deliver tailored solutions, conduct pilots and proofs-of-concept, and communicate the value of enterprise observability platforms. This position requires strong technical understanding, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels. Your work will directly impact customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention, while contributing to market expansion and organizational growth.

Accountabilities:

    • Manage multiple strategic enterprise accounts, building deep relationships and expanding platform adoption
    • Maintain an active pipeline of renewal and expansion opportunities to meet quarterly and annual targets
    • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Executives to execute complex deals
    • Analyze customer business needs to identify growth opportunities, ensuring retention and account success
    • Deliver compelling presentations, pilots, and proofs-of-concept to articulate platform value and problem-solving capabilities
    • Oversee the entire renewal cycle, proactively addressing risks that may affect adoption or retention
    • Educate customers on industry trends, platform advantages, and best practices to drive adoption
    • Requirements:
    • 5–7+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a SaaS environment with focus on cross-selling and account expansion
    • Proven success in sales planning, execution, and achieving revenue targets
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Technical background or 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager is a strong advantage
    • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and observability tools (APM, log analytics, monitoring) is highly desirable
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and drive complex deals
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
