This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer (NetSuite) in India.
This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of core financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite. You will serve as a key subject matter expert, ensuring system integrity, scalability, and compliance while driving operational efficiency across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Engineering, and Product, to build robust integrations and automate processes. You will directly contribute to financial accuracy, process improvement, and technology enablement. Accountabilities:
- Serve as the NetSuite System Administrator and primary subject matter expert, managing configurations, user roles, permissions, and application governance
- Design, implement, and optimize finance systems and integrations with Salesforce, Coupa, and Zuora
- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, and custom searches/reports to meet complex business requirements
- Ensure financial data integrity, system reliability, and compliance across all finance platforms, supporting SOX and audit requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, document enhancements, and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions
- Participate in system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and change management initiatives
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with finance/ERP systems, with strong NetSuite administration, consulting, or development experience
- Functional and technical knowledge of financial technologies and core finance processes (billing, revenue, O2C, P2P, accounting)
- Experience with system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP services; middleware platforms like Boomi or Mulesoft is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and data analysis for troubleshooting, reporting, and process automation
- Familiarity with financial audits, Pre-IPO/Post-IPO compliance, and controls
- Experience with Agile methodologies, version control in NetSuite, and collaborative team workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to work overlapping hours with Pacific Time zones for effective collaboration
