Back-Office Support Specialist - Haryana, India - Hybrid

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Back-Office Support Specialist to assist in the transition to a new Oracle ERP system and integrate it into our team's workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Order Entry: Manage and enter orders into the new ERP system.
• Price Book Management: Handle a database containing thousands of SKUs (product specifications).
• International Trade Study: Understand global market processes and work with relevant protocols.
• Price Quote Production: Issue customized price quotes.
• Process Control: Ensure compliance with established protocols and criteria.

Job Requirements:

• Systemic Understanding: Ability to manage complex information systems.
• High-Level English: Proficiency in professional English for communication with international suppliers/customers.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP.
• Order and Precision: Ability to work in an organized and precise manner.
• High Responsibility: Responsible and punctual approach, capable of working in a dynamic environment.
• Self-Learning Ability: Willingness to learn and stay updated with new systems and international trade.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems and/or international trade.
