 Positions:

Location:         South Of India (Coimbatore)

Role & Responsibilities

1. Overall, provide excellent technical support to Kornit’s customers and partners
2. Responsible for installation, maintenance, repairs & upgrade of a range of Kornit equipment
3. Responsible for hardware and operation training
4. Ensure and support company to reach quality targets
5. Establish and maintain effective relationships with current and potential customers, respond to enquiry and complaint, and keep abreast of market conditions and future developments
6. Update service status in service management system and service priority management
7. Support the Kornit Marketing, Sales and application Teams

What Should you have?

• Diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute or University with excellent academic record and an overall score CGPA 7.5 and above (or 80% and above).
• Good in Engineering fundamentals
• Logical thinking, good communication skills & excellence in academics
• Interested to work in digital printing field engineering (at sites)
• High-level English both written and spoken 
• Ability to multitask
• Inclusion Standards
• Color theory, Work Flow & RIP knowledge – an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
