Full Stack Engineer- IAM Solutions

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain full stack IAM solutions that enable secure and automated identity and access workflows across enterprise systems. You will build integrations and services that support identity lifecycle management while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

• Design and develop IAM applications, APIs, and automation services for identity lifecycle, role-based access, and entitlement management.


• Build full stack solutions enabling secure access orchestration across platforms such as Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, and AWS.


• Develop and maintain automated joiner-mover-leaver workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning user access.


• Design and implement secure system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.


• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.


• Support identity governance functions including roles, groups, attributes, and policy-driven access controls.


• Participate in the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.


• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents, integration issues, and access failures.


• Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and best practices for secure development.


• Maintain technical documentation for IAM workflows, integrations, and system architecture.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong full stack engineering experience combined with deep understanding of identity and access management principles in enterprise environments. You are comfortable building secure integrations and working across distributed systems.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on IAM or enterprise integration development.


• Strong full stack development skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.


• Solid understanding of IAM concepts including lifecycle management, RBAC, least privilege, and entitlement models.


• Experience building secure APIs, integrations, and workflow automation across enterprise systems.


• Familiarity with platforms such as Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, or AWS.


• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity security principles.


• Experience with provisioning/deprovisioning workflows and access governance systems.


• Strong understanding of secure coding practices, CI/CD, version control, and testing frameworks.


• Experience working with databases and data modeling for enterprise applications.


• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and incident resolution skills in complex systems.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
