Genesys Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Genesys Engineer to design, build, and optimize Genesys Cloud and Engage Contact Center solutions. The role requires driving large-scale contact center initiatives, ensuring seamless integrations, high system performance, and delivering superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable Genesys environments.
• Develop advanced call routing, IVR flows, and customer engagement workflows.
• Integrate Genesys with CRM, WFM, and enterprise applications.
• Implement AI-driven solutions including chatbots, voicebots, and predictive routing.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalations, performance tuning, and optimization activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud / Engage.
• Strong expertise in SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Genesys Certifications (GCP/GCE), exposure to AI/ML solutions, and Agile methodologies.
