Google Business Profile Expert (India)

In this role, you will manage and optimize Google Business Profiles with a focus on driving visibility, engagement, and accurate local presence for clients. You will work remotely within a fast-paced environment, supporting businesses primarily in the US market. The position requires technical expertise, adaptability, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. You will collaborate with a distributed team, leveraging your knowledge of verification methods and optimization strategies to ensure profiles are fully optimized and compliant. This role offers weekly payouts and a structured, remote-first work setup in Pacific Time Zone hours.

Accountabilities

• Set up, verify, and manage Google Business Profiles for clients, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Optimize listings for local search, including photos, descriptions, attributes, and posts.
• Monitor profile performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and visibility.
• Troubleshoot issues with listings, including verification challenges or policy violations.
• Collaborate with internal systems and tools, learning new software as required to support profile management.
• Manage multiple profiles simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

• Proven expertise in Google Business Profile management, especially for the US market.
• Familiarity with all GMB verification methods and optimization techniques.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to adapt quickly to various software systems and complex organizational structures.
• Remote-ready with reliable technology:
• Computer: Intel i7/i5 (8th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5/7/9, or Mac with M1/M2, 12GB RAM, 128GB SSD, 2GB graphics memory.
• Internet: Upload ≥25 Mbps, Download ≥40 Mbps, Jitter <10ms, Latency <160ms, with secondary backup.
• Power Backup: Minimum 8-hour backup (generator, solar, inverter; UPS insufficient).
