Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 7000000 (ie INR 15-70 LPA)

You are the driving force behind our success. Internally, you will take charge, externally you will nurture client relationships, and you will serve as the vital link between innovative ideas and revenue generation.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee client relationships from start to finish
• Accelerate revenue growth and ensure client retention
• Discover and secure new business opportunities
• Convert brand requirements into strategic briefs
• Lead discussions with key stakeholders
• Represent the agency during meetings and pitches
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Develop systems and processes to support company scaling
