We are hiring a Growth & Monetization Lead to architect, build, and scale the growth engine of a global consumer mobile application. This is a builder role with end-to-end ownership of engagement, retention, and revenue systems—designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, data-driven environments and wants to shape a consumer business from the ground up.
You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, growth experimentation, and commercial outcomes, with a clear long-term path to owning the consumer business line and P&L.

What You’ll Own
Product-Led Growth & Acquisition
Design and scale organic growth loops across onboarding, referrals, sharing, and virality.
Optimize the install-to-activation journey to improve early user success and habit formation.
Partner with marketing teams on ASO strategy and conversion optimization across app stores.
Identify friction points in funnels and launch rapid experiments to improve conversion.
Engagement, Retention & Lifecycle
Take full ownership of retention metrics (D1, D7, M1), DAU/MAU, and long-term user stickiness.
Build lifecycle journeys including onboarding nudges, reminders, reactivation flows, and win-back strategies.
Use cohort analysis to diagnose churn and design targeted interventions.
Drive sustained engagement through habit loops and value reinforcement.
Subscription & Revenue Growth
Own the complete subscription lifecycle—from paywall design to renewals and churn recovery.
Continuously optimize pricing, packaging, trials, and offers to maximize LTV.
Run structured monetization experiments across paywalls, messaging, and promotional strategies.
Balance user value with revenue growth to build sustainable monetization systems.
Experimentation & Product Execution
Build the growth experimentation framework from scratch, including A/B testing processes and learning loops.
Define and prioritize the growth roadmap tied directly to retention and revenue outcomes.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, and growth teams to ship fast and learn faster.
Champion a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous iteration.
Analytics & Insight Generation
Track and interpret core metrics including retention cohorts, funnels, churn, LTV, CAC, and engagement trends.
Translate data insights into clear, actionable product decisions.
Leverage lifecycle and engagement platforms such as CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, MoEngage, or similar tools.
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of experience building and scaling B2C consumer mobile apps.
Strong track record improving retention, engagement, and subscription revenue.
Hands-on experience with experimentation, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
Deep understanding of growth mechanics, habit formation, and monetization psychology.
Experience working on global products with diverse user cohorts.
High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments.
Bonus: Experience in wellness, health, or behavior-driven consumer products.
