Job Overview:

The Growth Strategy Intern will work closely with our growth and strategy teams to conduct research, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for scaling our business. This role involves a mix of market analysis, competitive research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.

Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing customer data, website traffic, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Growth Initiatives: Support the development and execution of growth strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and customer retention programs.

Competitor Analysis: Gather and assess competitor strategies and tactics, providing insights that inform our growth strategies.

Performance Reporting: Prepare reports on growth initiatives, highlighting key takeaways, performance metrics, and recommendations.

Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on growth goals and support the implementation of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar analytical tools.

Interest in growth strategies, data analysis, and market research.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
