Job Description - Hiring || PEGA CDH Developer (PAN INDIA)

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a strong background in PEGA CDH platforms to drive the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high -performance solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of hands -on experience in PEGA -based systems, with deep expertise in integration frameworks, architecture design, and system lifecycle management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, ensuring adherence to best practices, and enabling innovation through reusable assets and frameworks. Your contributions will directly impact system reliability, performance, and maintainability across complex enterprise environments.

Location: PAN INDIA

Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using PEGA CDH architecture and the Situation Layer Cake model.
Lead architecture design reviews, code walkthroughs, and performance and security assessments.
Develop and maintain integrations using SOAP, REST, and other PEGA -provided APIs.
Manage PEGA version upgrades, including parallel development, rule migration, and compatibility testing.
Implement advanced PEGA capabilities such as indexing, session management, custom logging, and guardrail configurations.
Optimize system performance through effective use of Cassandra in PEGA CDH environments.
Ensure proper management of class dependencies, rule dependencies, and rule set governance.
Support Guide teams in creating reusable assets, frameworks, and solution packs.
Apply PEGA CDH best practices across the full implementation lifecycle.
Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on PEGA CDH platforms.
Expertise in PEGA PRPC concepts and rule types, including Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Services, Reporting, Agents, and Rulesets.
In -depth knowledge of Java, SQL, Oracle, and XML.
Proven experience with PEGA version upgrades and parallel development environments.
Strong understanding of PEGA CDH architecture, indexing, purging, session management, and customized logging.
Hands -on experience with Pega Rule Dependencies, Class Dependencies, and Rule Dependents.
Familiarity with AppDynamics and IIS Server (preferred).
Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical reviews and guide teams in architectural decisions.
