Summary:

The T24 Data Migration Developer plays a critical role in ensuring seamless data transition during system upgrades and implementations. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and executing ETL processes that accurately extract, transform, and load data while maintaining data integrity, consistency, and compliance with business and technical requirements. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical teams to implement robust mapping logic, validate data across environments, and support migration cycles from trial runs to final execution. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adherence to governance standards are essential to ensure successful data migration outcomes.

Location: PAN INDIA

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain migration scripts using jBASE, TAFJ, and Java
Implement end-to-end ETL processes including data extraction, transformation, and loading
Design and execute field-level mapping logic, transformation rules, defaulting, lookups, and data conversions
Handle complex data structures such as multi-value and subvalue fields within T24
Perform data validation and reconciliation across environments (SIT, UAT)
Identify, document, and support resolution of data issues and defects
Execute trial runs, dress rehearsals, and final data loading via the Temenos DM Tool
Debug failed records and support reprocessing efforts
Maintain detailed migration trackers, logs, and reporting artifacts
Assist in preparing runbooks and migration documentation
Ensure strict adherence to data sequencing, dependencies, and governance standards
Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to align on data requirements and migration strategy

Requirements

5-10 years of hands-on experience in T24 Data Migration Development
Proficient in jBASE and jBC coding for data migration scenarios
Experience with Temenos DM Tool for data loading and migration execution
In-depth knowledge of T24 architecture, data structures, and database schema
Understanding of OFS and OFSML messaging protocols
Strong grasp of ETL concepts and data integration best practices
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation
Solid understanding of field mapping, data formats, and data quality principles
Familiarity with multi-value database concepts and handling complex data hierarchies

Nice to Have:

Experience with TAFJ and IRIS Design Studio
Exposure to multiple mock migration cycles
Agile delivery methodology experience
Temenos certification (T24, DM, or related)
