Role Description: As an HR intern you will work in the company's HR department and assist the HR Team in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A HR INTERN

Candidate Relations:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Assist in employee onboarding
• Handle and resolve candidate queries

College Relations:

• Assist in intern hiring through Colleges
• Assist in the Industry Academia Collaborations

Partner Relations:

Maintaining relations with new and existing partners

Operations:

• Promote Cloud Counselage's reputation as a great place to work
• Enhance Employee Advocacy
• Assist in the planning of Company Events
• Assist in maintaining internal HR systems and databases
• Research on HR-related tools and tasks assigned by the supervisor

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum commitment of 3 months full-time internship
• Have a working device(laptop/desktop) with a stable internet connection
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active and willingness to learn
• Diploma or Degree or Masters (Pursuing or Graduated) in HR, Communication, or a related field or having a keen interest in Human Resources
• Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Membership of Industry Academia Community (If you are not a member already, please signup at https://industryacademiacommunity.com)

Desired Requirements:

• Prior HR Internship experience
• Committee lead/member experience of College Club or Student Cell
• Personal HR Project experience beyond academics
