This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Ironclad Developer based in India.
You will join a specialized consulting and delivery environment focused on building and optimizing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing Ironclad-based systems that streamline legal, procurement, and commercial workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable and automated contract solutions. The role involves deep hands-on development across workflows, integrations, and system automation, ensuring seamless connectivity with enterprise platforms. You will also play a key role in improving operational efficiency by reducing manual contract processes through intelligent automation. This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys working at the intersection of business systems, APIs, and workflow engineering. You will contribute to both implementation delivery and ongoing platform optimization in a client-facing environment.
Accountabilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Ironclad CLM solutions aligned with business and legal requirements
- Build and customize workflows, templates, forms, approvals, and playbooks within the Ironclad platform
- Develop integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, DocuSign, and Slack using REST APIs and webhooks
- Create automation scripts and custom enhancements to extend platform capabilities and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while optimizing existing CLM implementations
- Perform testing, deployment, and post-release support activities to ensure system stability
- Maintain technical documentation and support governance, security, and best practices across implementations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise or workflow-based systems
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM implementation, configuration, and workflow design
- Strong understanding of Ironclad Workflow Designer, templates, approvals, and contract automation features
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integration architectures
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, SQL, or similar scripting and data technologies
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, or DocuSign
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills in production environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in client-facing roles
- Good understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes is highly preferred
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage
