Your mission: 

• Helping colleagues with daily IT problems
  
• Answer and help on #it-helpdesk for Gusti and Stores
• Needs to do daily fast tasks and longer projects without losing the track on everything, proper prioritizing, giving updates to TL
• Check IT safety with passwords

• Experience in first level of IT Support
• Basic Knowledge and experience in programming
• Flexible to work on Saturday if required
