Job Overview:

The IT Operations Intern will assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the organizations IT infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems and processes, contributing to seamless operational support and innovative solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
• Perform routine checks on system performance and report issues to the IT team.
• Help resolve basic technical problems for end-users and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Monitor network and server health using diagnostic tools.
• Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks to system availability.
• Maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guides.
• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology rollouts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Stay updated on IT trends and best practices to suggest improvements.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn about IT systems
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player with good presentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
• Understands project management
• M365 stack knowledge
• Understands ITIL practices
• Familiar with various operating system and databases
• Can understand IT logs for audit 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Engineering Graduates/ Post-graduates in Computers (or) IT
• Any relevant diploma in IT
