Accountabilities:
As a Kyriba Implementation Senior Analyst, you will support end-to-end treasury technology projects by combining technical knowledge, business understanding, and strong client management skills. You will help organizations improve their treasury operations through effective system implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Support the complete lifecycle of Treasury Management System implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, interface development, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Configure solutions, deliver technical guidance, and ensure high-quality project deliverables, including documentation, workflows, and user acceptance testing (UAT) materials.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into effective solutions, and support successful project execution.
- Manage project activities such as workplans, milestone tracking, risk management, status reporting, change management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, address issues independently, and support the identification of additional opportunities within treasury transformation initiatives.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on Treasury Management Systems, supporting process improvements and technology adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings experience in professional services, treasury technology implementations, and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage complex projects while communicating effectively with business and technical teams.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services delivery role.
- 1+ year of experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations.
- Experience with treasury processes, system configuration, integrations, testing cycles, and implementation methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking milestones, managing risks, coordinating resources, and communicating project status.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience driving delivery improvements, customer satisfaction, or business outcomes is highly valued.
- Kyriba certification, Treasury credentials such as CTP, or additional TMS certifications are considered an advantage.
