We are seeking an LMS/Cornerstone Implementation Specialist to manage service delivery across Talent Management, Learning, and Recruitment systems while ensuring vendor performance and driving continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in LMS (preferably Cornerstone) and a strong background in agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across Talent, Learning, and Recruitment systems, ensuring vendor accountability and high-quality outcomes.
• Implement and manage agile practices within the service delivery team, including JIRA-based planning, sprint management, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize and manage backlogs in alignment with stakeholder requirements, team capacity, and coordination with CPO Tech/HRIS Workday teams.
• Foster a culture of measurable improvement by defining and tracking KPIs for colleague experience and service delivery excellence.
• Champion the use of technical planning tools to optimize capacity planning and project prioritization.
