Looking out for a technology "Doer" (because I can't take this shit) for an internet start-up.

I am (no 'we' as of now) looking for technology co-founder (cool tag huh!) Interested to be part of a new start-up company(no ltd's, pvt's, org's yet) based out of Bangalore(the I.T Shit of India).

What is expected out u:
1. Surprise me!
2. Absorb the idea/plans of the business (no stealing but steal from others) and make a pro website up and running(no WP, joomla business here).
3. Skills set: HTML5, Php, JQuery, Phython/Ruby, wiki (considering the fact that, you already know C/C++, Java, HTML,CSS, Photoshop)
4. Optional: Collective Intelligence, Machine Learning, Decision tree algorithm (don't ask me why this is used for).
5. A Basic understanding of India online commerce and Indian online consumers system. (Start with your grocery shop next door first, move to supermarket, malls and then see what's happening in Indian online market).
6. Got some idea about various start-up's and founders running around the web and your online eco-system(yeah, I am talking about all the karts, marts and %$@#&^'s).
6. Willing to be part of marketing, fundraising, socializing, promotional, blogging, surveying, data entry, cooking, sweeping (ignore last two...that comes as default).
7. Willing to be part of a very constructive open discussion (no scheduled meeting and no dog fights).

Qualification:
1. Failed n-number of times in starting-up something - minimum 1.
2. School/College Drop/doing Intern/looking for part-time/jobless/prior start-up experience - preferred (with the above quantification...not kidding).
3. No Serious guys (because I am not looking for a partner like me), willing to work over a drink and loud music (provided you sit on a four legged chair).
4. Willing to take risk(If you read till here, then there are no risk beyond this).

What I can offer:
1. Salary: We are no Facebook or Google or Adobe. (So, don't expect anything for a living initially).
2. Office: De-centralized working. (Read as: You need to find your own office, we are not rich).
3. Designation: CEO... Don't have high hopes.
4. Share option: Yes (you can have some hopes here)
5. Reimbursements - Mobile(not for that calls made to your GF), Broadband (* - did you see a star here?).
