We are seeking a results-driven Accounting Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a dynamic, high-growth environment. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, optimize profitability, and support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for developing financial models, tracking key metrics, and advising on revenue, margin, and cost management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, data-intensive settings, possesses strong technical skills with advanced financial tools, and can translate complex financial data into clear recommendations. Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting packages to support executive decision-making and monitor organizational performance.
- Analyze market economics, client feasibility, and competitor trends to inform pricing, revenue strategies, and process improvements.
- Track, assess, and report on financial KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to improve margins, efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations, delivery, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate staffing, capacity planning, and cost management.
- Serve as a financial advisor to business leaders, providing insights on deal reviews, SOWs, RFPs, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting, billing, accruals, and proper representation of financial transactions in reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics for multiple functional areas, supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
- Chartered Accountant from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A or accounting roles, preferably within CX, outsourcing, or gig-economy businesses.
- Strong understanding of workforce staffing, capacity planning, and call center operations is a plus.
- Advanced financial modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI), PowerPoint, and financial systems such as Oracle Hyperion and SmartView.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
- Highly analytical, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
