About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive fresher to support our marketing and IT sales activities. The role will involve lead generation, market research, LinkedIn outreach, data management and CRM activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B/IT leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and online research.


• Research companies, prospects and decision-makers.


• Maintain and clean/validate lead databases.


• Support LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and other marketing activities.


• Manage leads and activities through HubSpot/CRM tools.


• Use AI tools for research, content creation and productivity.


• Track lead-generation activities and prepare basic reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.


• 0–1 year experience; freshers are welcome.


• Basic understanding of IT/software products and services.


• Good communication and written English skills.


• Good online research and data-handling skills.


• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar AI tools.


• Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot or similar GTM tools is an advantage.


• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.


• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
