Marketing & Operations Intern

I’m looking for a smart, curious intern who wants to work directly with me (Rees – CMO & COO at What a Story).
This isn’t a “watch from the sidelines” internship — you’ll actually do real work, learn real skills, and build something you’ll be proud of.

What You'll Work On:

😲 Get hands-on with Inbound marketing (blogs, SEO, email newsletters)

😲 Help execute Outbound strategies (LinkedIn, emails, campaigns)

😲 Tinker with AI tools for marketing and operations (seriously, you’ll nerd out)

😲 Learn how to make websites better (Webflow, UX, CRO – real stuff, not theory)

😲 Help streamline internal operations (because chaos isn't cool)

😲 Sit in on strategy meetings (yes, you get a seat at the table)

😲 Be part of actual decision-making (your ideas will not go into a black hole)

Who are you? (Hopefully)

🌞 You love marketing, tech, saas, or just building cool stuff

🌞 You’re curious (and stubborn enough to figure things out when stuck)

🌞 You can actually write and read.

🌞 You like learning fast, working hard, laughing a little, and winning

🌞 You’re based in Indore — this is an in-office internship. But if you are somewhere else, free feel to apply.

Duration: Minimum 6 months (we'll figure out exact dates)

Location: Indore Office (no remote — real work happens face-to-face)

Hours: Flexible, but expect real work — not a “just chill” internship

I am giving you choice (free will before you even begin):

🔵 Blue Pill — No Stipend

You work directly with me.
I’ll personally mentor you, push you, challenge you, and make sure you walk out with skills that outpay most first jobs.
(Serious compounding effect here.)

🔴 Red Pill — ₹8,000 Stipend:
 

You’ll still do awesome work, learn a lot, and build a resume that opens doors.
But you won’t get my 1:1 personal mentorship — you’ll figure more things out yourself.
