Job Overview:

As a MERN Stack Executive, you will take charge of full-stack web development projects from inception to deployment. You will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance web applications, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the technical quality of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Lead small to mid-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to create a seamless user experience
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MERN stack development (2+ years preferred)
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent understanding of front-end technologies, RESTful APIs, and database design
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex projects
