We are seeking a Microsoft Systems Developer to support and enhance a modern technology ecosystem built around Microsoft platforms.
The role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain solutions that improve business operations across multiple functions and regions.
You will work with Microsoft Business Central, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

This hands-on position provides ownership across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to testing, documentation, and support.

Accountabilities:
The Microsoft Systems Developer will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical Microsoft solutions while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Business Central solutions, including customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Supporting Business Central development initiatives, system upgrades, and the implementation of new modules across global locations.
- Designing and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports.
- Developing and managing SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, and internal collaboration platforms.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID environments.
- Building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, OData, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft connectors.
- Developing and supporting Azure-based solutions, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex Microsoft platform issues.
- Ensuring systems are properly documented, secure, reliable, and compliant with IT governance standards.
- Collaborating with teams across different countries and business functions to continuously improve technology processes and solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has experience working with Microsoft technologies and demonstrates strong technical capabilities, ownership, and problem-solving skills. Required qualifications and experience include:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft technology solutions.
- Experience developing with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365, preferably using AL and extensions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of REST APIs, OData, and Microsoft Graph integrations.
- Knowledge of .NET or C# is considered an advantage.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-800, or AZ-204 are beneficial but not mandatory.
