We are seeking a Mid-Level X++ Developer to join our Managed Services team. The role involves providing technical support, enhancements, and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) applications, ensuring system stability, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in X++ development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams in a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012 using X++.
• Participate in issue analysis, debugging, and resolution of production and support tickets.
• Implement enhancements, integrations, and performance optimizations based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and support analysts for issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Conduct unit testing, participate in peer code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Support deployment activities, including builds, releases, and validation in production environments.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and internal development standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in X++ development within D365 F&O or AX 2012.
• Good understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Projects.
• Experience with SSRS reports, Data Entities, Extensions, Workflows, and Integrations (OData, REST).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, and source control/version management.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work in a Managed Services model.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Power Platform, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, performance tuning, and data management.
• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O Development (optional but preferred).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
