Brief:

We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead with 12-15 years of experience in full-stack .NET development, Azure cloud services, and micro-services architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development, architecture, and implementation while guiding a team in a fast
paced Agile environment.

Mandatory Primary Skills:

12-15 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core (v6+), Azure cloud services, and Microservices.
Expertise in Azure Functions, Service Bus, Table Storage, Blob Storage, and Queues.
Strong experience in CI/CD, GitHub, branching, and DevOps best practices.
Hands-on with ReactJS/Angular, API integrations, and front-end technologies.
Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and optimization techniques.
Experience with Agile development, JIRA, and release management.
Proven leadership experience with team handling, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Good to have Skills:

Experience with OpenAI, LLM-based development, and AI-driven solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps, monitoring tools, and cloud cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable microservices and Azure serverless solutions.
Lead full-stack development using .NET Core (v6+), ReactJS/Angular, and other front-end technologies.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, GitHub branching, PR reviews, and code optimization.
Ensure high scalability, performance, security, and usability of applications.
Integrate third-party APIs and tools seamlessly.
Optimize software with NFR techniques, ensuring robust performance.
Work with OpenAI, GitHub Co-Pilot, and LLM-based development for AI-driven solutions.
Manage releases using JIRA & Confluence documentation.

Management Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10+ developers, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and ensuring high performance.
Effectively manages Agile development in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a bridge between business, customers, and technical teams, ensuring customer-centric solutions.
Drive clear communication, active listening, and decision-making for project success.
Estimate, plan, and prioritize work efficiently while managing timelines and ETAs.
Foster an open, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
