Network Engineer L2

As a Network Engineer is responsible for actively contributing to design and architecture discussions. Prior success in and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment with experience in enterprise network operation in handling escalation and severity cases. • Design, implement, and maintain complex networking solutions in traditional data center environments across multiple global sites. 
• Extensive working experience on Cisco Firewalls, Routers, and switches.
• Good working Knowledge of “Software Defined Networking”, .i.e Cisco/Viptela/Versa SD-WAN
• Expert knowledge of ARP, MAC Address Table, VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, Ether channel, Stacking Switches, HSRP/VRRP, Access Lists (ACL), and NAT.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocol configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in Enterprise LAN and WAN troubleshooting and configuration.
• Exceptional hands-on expertise in Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC firewall configurations and security policies.
• Expert knowledge of Security Technologies, including IPSec VPN and SSL VPN.
• Must have experience in enterprise network operation in handling escalation and severity cases.

• 7-10 years experience designing and implementing multi-vendor network solutions
• Excellent knowledge of networking standards, protocols, and technologies
• Qualified Specialist in one or more of the following: Routing & Switching, Security, SD-WAN
• Delivery focused with an attention to detail
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CCNA or CCNP Certifications is an asset
• Knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points and AeroHive Access Points is an asset
