collection of invoices after completion of activities as per agreements 

Should
have a knowledge about Pay roll compliance services also to be able to prepare
dashboard presentation to connect virtually respective region clients to
interact virtually

Handle
the client escalations with ownership and bring to logical end and meet the
business needs independently

Build a
good rappo with all clients which will build a new business opportunities

Apprise
with Team manager about the routine process on daily basis

Requirements

Good
skills in Hindi and English Communication.

Pose a
good Knowledge in coordination internal and external stake holders through e
mail and virtual connections on short notice

Take
initiative and ownership to lead the team and ensure the activities are being
completed as per TAT.

Should
have the hands on MS office, Ms Excel, handling new software applications
