This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Oracle Cloud - Project Manager in India.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who will lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring high-quality standards and governance. The position involves managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. You will leverage your expertise in ERP, HCM, and SCM Oracle Cloud modules to anticipate challenges, streamline project execution, and implement best practices. The role requires hands-on project planning, tracking, and reporting, as well as overseeing test cycles, cutover activities, and change management processes. Success in this position will directly impact smooth client implementations and long-term customer trust in Oracle Cloud solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud project implementations, including HCM, ERP, and SCM modules
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional, technical, OCM, and business stakeholders
- Monitor daily project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure risk-free delivery
- Manage test cycles, cutover activities, and project governance (RACI, escalation paths, and change management)
- Communicate project status and progress to key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ensure client expectations for deliverables, timelines, and changes are consistently managed and met
- 14+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud projects, including at least 3 full end-to-end implementations
- Strong knowledge of ERP/HCM/SCM modules, E2E implementation cycle, and Oracle Cloud methodologies
- Hands-on experience with project planning tools (MPP, JIRA, HP ALM) and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, and change management processes
- Proven ability to track performance metrics, project progress, and resource allocation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials is a plus
- Experience with GPS projects, State/Local/Higher Ed, or University implementations is a plus
