Job Description - Partner Development Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Development Manager in India.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation through strategic partner relationships across the South Asia region. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the partner ecosystem, helping customers leverage AI-powered developer tools and solutions. The position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical partner managers, and marketing, to create demand, optimize offers, and accelerate adoption of products. You will lead partner strategy initiatives, influence joint business plans, and monitor key metrics to ensure maximum impact. This is a high-visibility role that combines relationship management, business development, and strategic execution in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. Occasional travel may be required to engage with partners and internal stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

    • Build and nurture a partner ecosystem to drive impactful customer outcomes and co-sell opportunities
    • Facilitate strategic matchmaking between partners and internal teams to accelerate growth objectives
    • Lead partner strategy, including collaborative initiatives and formal Partner Business Plans
    • Develop top-of-funnel product pipelines with partners and manage prioritization to meet targets
    • Monitor partner KPIs, host quarterly business reviews, and provide actionable feedback to internal teams
    • Align cross-functional stakeholders to create demand, deliver value, and support compliance with sales policies
    • Continuously gather partner and customer feedback to remove blockers and optimize partner performance
    • Requirements:
    • 4+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, solution selling, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree)
    • 2+ years experience with a Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Software Engineering, or related field
    • Strong relationship-building and deal structuring skills for software products (consumption or subscription-based)
    • Experience defining, implementing, and scaling programmatic sales or partner initiatives
    • Familiarity with high-tech, software development, or AI industries
    • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and co-sell with internal teams
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 25%
