- Sales & Business Development
- Own end-to-end sales cycles — from demand generation to closure — for data, AI, and analytics services across global markets (North America and Europe)
- Execute GTM strategies to build brand presence, generate qualified leads, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with client partners and delivery leaders to design data-driven solutions tailored to client challenges in areas like Customer Experience, Supply Chain Optimization, and Sustainability.
- Partner & Alliance Management
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Drive joint go-to-market programs with partners, including co-sell motions, marketing campaigns, and solution accelerators.
- Identify opportunities for co-funded initiatives, joint IP development, and partner-led demand generation to increase pipeline velocity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Lingaro’s sales teams and partner channel managers to align on territory planning and shared targets.
- Work cross-functionally with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to craft solution narratives and client-ready proposals.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, RFPs, and client pitches that clearly articulate business value.
- Leverage insights from market research to develop differentiated sales stories and identify emerging opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 8–12 years of experience in Data, AI, and Analytics services sales, with exposure to Retail or CPG industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving net new logos and building large qualified pipelines.
- Strong experience in partner ecosystem management, including co-selling and GTM planning with hyperscalers and data platform vendors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at C-level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
