This role offers the opportunity to work as a PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant within a global delivery environment. You will play a key part in implementing, upgrading, and supporting enterprise financial and supply chain processes across multiple modules such as Order Management, Inventory, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Asset Management, Project Costing, and Contracts Administration. You will leverage your technical and functional expertise in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft applications to deliver high-quality solutions, solve complex business problems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on both client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position allows you to deepen your PeopleSoft expertise while working in a structured yet dynamic global delivery model.
Accountabilities:
- Implement, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM applications across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Utilize PeopleTools such as PeopleCode, SQR, AppEngine, Integration Broker, AWE, PS Fluid, and Application Packages to deliver technical solutions.
- Conduct functional analysis for modules including Order Management, Inventory, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Asset Management, Project Costing, and Contracts Administration.
- Participate in multiple projects, supporting end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
- Build and maintain knowledge repositories and documentation for processes, solutions, and best practices.
- Provide timely resolution to technical and functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional expertise in financial and supply chain modules: Order Management, Inventory, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Asset Management, Project Costing, and Contracts Administration.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools including PeopleCode, SQR, AppEngine, Integration Broker, AWE, PS Fluid, and Application Packages.
- Hands-on experience with multiple project implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support of PeopleSoft applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a global, multi-project environment.
- Familiarity with financials and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
