This role is designed for a highly skilled performance marketer who thrives on driving measurable business impact through paid acquisition and conversion optimization. You will own and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, PMax, and YouTube, ensuring cost-effective growth while improving conversion rates throughout the funnel. The position involves close collaboration with CRM, analytics, and marketing operations teams to ensure clean data flow, robust tracking, and actionable insights. You will design, execute, and analyze structured experiments to optimize ad performance and landing pages, directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth. This is a hands-on, data-driven role in a fast-paced, innovative environment, offering the autonomy to make significant impact while scaling performance marketing functions.
Accountabilities:
- Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax, Display, and YouTube, focusing on ROI and cost efficiency
- Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates across landing pages and funnel stages
- Implement and maintain robust conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with CRM systems and marketing operations to ensure clean data flow between ads, analytics, and pipeline systems
- Develop high-performance messaging for ad copy and landing pages
- Analyze performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, and payback periods, and prioritize optimizations based on impact and statistical validity
- Identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks to improve the overall funnel from click to qualified lead
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing ad budgets of $100K+/month, ideally higher
- Demonstrated success improving conversion rates through data-driven experimentation
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with technical fluency in tools such as GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, or Pabbly
- Ability to work independently, think in systems, and drive measurable results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams
