PPC Specialist (India

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing digital advertising campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. Working across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Apple Ads, you will play a key role in boosting brand visibility and supporting business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to make data-driven optimizations, and creativity in ad copy and campaign design. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals, while staying up to date with industry trends and emerging PPC strategies. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while delivering impactful results.

Accountabilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Apple Ads to achieve awareness, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and manage bids for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and implementing improvements to enhance ROI.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and share insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with business objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay current with PPC best practices, competitor strategies, and industry innovations.

• Proven hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
• In-depth understanding of PPC best practices and emerging technologies.
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Must meet minimum technical requirements:
• Reliable power backup (generator, solar panels, portable inverters, etc.) to sustain a full 8-hour shift (UPS not sufficient).
• Secondary internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps upload/download, jitter under 10ms, and latency under 160ms.
