Key Responsibilities
Visual Platform Architecture
Define and lead the architecture of large-scale text-to-visual generation systems.
Design extensible frameworks that transform structured inputs into intelligent visual representations.
Ensure scalability, resilience, and efficiency across distributed rendering workflows.
Establish engineering standards for visual system reliability and maintainability.
Intelligent Layout & Diagram Systems
Build adaptive layout engines capable of generating structured diagrams, conceptual maps, and data-driven visuals.
Translate design heuristics and visual best practices into algorithmic logic.
Develop constraint-based and rule-driven systems to ensure layout clarity and balance.
Continuously refine visual output quality using measurable UX and performance indicators.
Rendering Systems & Performance Optimization
Architect concurrent rendering pipelines optimized for low latency and high throughput.
Implement strategies such as incremental rendering, intelligent caching, and parallel processing.
Evaluate vector vs. raster rendering trade-offs and optimize output fidelity.
Drive performance benchmarking and system profiling to sustain scale growth.
AI-Augmented Graphics Engineering
Integrate machine learning models to enhance layout automation, design consistency, and graphics generation workflows.
Collaborate with AI teams to incorporate generative techniques into visual systems.
Develop feedback loops that improve visual intelligence through measurable metrics.
Frameworks, Tooling & Collaboration
Build reusable visual primitives, modular component systems, and scalable template engines.
Standardize design tokens and systemized styling approaches for consistency across outputs.
Partner with product and UX teams to define new visualization capabilities.
Mentor engineers and contribute to long-term technical roadmap decisions.
Candidate Profile
Required Expertise
5+ years of hands-on experience in graphics or visual systems engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or C++ with exposure to performance-critical systems.
Advanced knowledge of SVG-based rendering systems and browser graphics technologies (SVG DOM, Canvas API, WebGL).
Experience building scalable visualization or diagram generation platforms.
Deep understanding of rendering pipelines, layout algorithms, and performance tuning techniques.
Demonstrated ability to quantify and improve subjective attributes like visual quality and usability.
Preferred Expertise
Experience integrating AI/ML models for generative layout or visual automation.
