Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

User Research: Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and feedback for product improvement.

Product Development: Support the product development process by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver product updates.

Data Analysis: Analyze product metrics and user data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization.

Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and product roadmaps.

Quality Assurance: Help with testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that products meet quality standards and user requirements.

Customer Support: Provide support to customers by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collecting feedback to improve the product experience.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation opportunities for the product in the market.
