Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the assigned region for our ELV, ICT, and BMS business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing channel partners, developing key accounts, and leading business development initiatives in the ELV, ICT, or Building Automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, system integrators, and end customers.
  
• Manage key accounts and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
  
• Appoint, support, and manage channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
  
• Work closely with the estimation, engineering, and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  
• Lead commercial negotiations, customer presentations, and contract discussions.
  
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends using CRM tools.
  
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Mentor and support the regional sales team to maximize performance.
