Regional Talent Lead

Role Summary

We're looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end recruitment across our Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand markets. This role partners closely with local business leaders and editorial heads to hire across editorial, sales, marketing, and corporate functions. It's a generalist, high-touch recruiting role — not a technical/engineering hiring mandate — ideal for a recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating across multiple countries, cultures, and hiring norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand for editorial, sales, marketing, and corporate roles.


• Partner with country/business heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build hiring plans.


• Build and manage talent pipelines suited to each market — including passive sourcing, market mapping, and employee referrals.
  


• Own the candidate experience from sourcing through offer — screening, interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.


• Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) across markets.
  

What We're Looking For

• 6-8+ years of recruitment experience, with proven exposure to multi-country/regional hiring in Southeast Asia


• Prior in-house recruiting experience at a media, publishing, or luxury brand.


• Strong generalist recruiting background — media, publishing, luxury/lifestyle, retail, or similar consumer-facing industries preferred
  


• Comfort working across multiple time zones, languages, and market practices without a one-size-fits-all playbook.


• Excellent stakeholder management — confident engaging senior business leaders and country heads directly.


• Familiarity with local job platforms and sourcing channels in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand.


• Strong organizational skills to juggle concurrent open roles across four markets.


• English fluency required
