Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Ruby on Rails applications

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices

- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers

- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development

- Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects

- Strong knowledge of full-stack development (back-end and front-end)

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Heroku, etc.)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
