This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect based in India.
This role is a senior architecture position focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. You will lead the end-to-end architecture of identity governance programs, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant access across complex hybrid and cloud environments. The role involves defining identity lifecycle strategies, access controls, and integration frameworks across critical enterprise systems. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement robust identity solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles. This position requires deep technical expertise in SailPoint ISC along with strong architectural and stakeholder leadership capabilities. You will play a key role in enabling secure digital transformation initiatives across global environments. The environment is highly collaborative, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on problem solving.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions across enterprise IAM environments.
- Define and manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and certifications.
- Design scalable identity governance frameworks aligned with RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
- Implement and support integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise systems such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain identity architecture blueprints supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Guide migration initiatives from legacy IAM systems such as SailPoint IdentityIQ to SailPoint ISC where applicable.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and ensure timely resolution of integration and provisioning challenges.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure consistent identity governance and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles within enterprise environments.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance processes.
- Proven experience integrating IAM solutions using SCIM, REST APIs, JDBC, and enterprise systems such as Azure AD, Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Deep understanding of identity governance frameworks including RBAC, SoD, and least privilege models.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable IAM architectures in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex identity and access issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- SailPoint certifications and experience with IdentityIQ to ISC migration are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud security, Zero Trust architectures, and DevSecOps practices is a plus.
