Compensation: Commission-Only (10% one-time commission for the first month, 5% recurring)

Growth Heist is a leading agency helping e-commerce brands & B2B companies across India increase their revenue. We run targeted advertising campaigns and implement high-converting systems to bring in more leads & sales for growth.

We generate 4-5 high-quality sales meetings daily through our ad campaigns, and we are looking for a high-ticket closer to handle these calls and close clients consistently.

What you will do:

Conduct sales calls with brands who have shown interest in our services

Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Close deals confidently with our proven sales process

Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversions

Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

Who You Are:

Experienced in high-ticket sales (preferably in B2B or service-based industries)

Comfortable handling objections and closing deals

Highly motivated and disciplined (this is a commission-only role)

Confident, articulate, and persuasive on sales calls

Familiar with the e-commerce or any other service based industries space (preferred but not mandatory)

10% commission on the first month’s payment (₹50,000+ service fee = ₹5,000+ per sale)

5% recurring commission on monthly payments (long-term earning potential)
