- Salesforce System Management:
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as monitoring end-user usage, system upgrades, and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products by conducting regular system audits and preparing for upgrades.
- - Data Management and Analysis:
- Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data into Salesforce.
- Maintain the sales cloud, build custom reports, and create dashboards to support sales operations.
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and cleansing duplicate entries
- Configuration and Customization:
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes such as workflow rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other business applications
- Support:
- Resolve user support tickets and provide ongoing user support.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate platform changes and gather feedback
