We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive end-to-end campaign execution, automation, and customer lifecycle journeys. The ideal candidate is hands-on with SFMC platforms and capable of delivering personalized, data-driven marketing experiences.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize core Salesforce Marketing Cloud features including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Lists, and Data Extensions.
• Build and manage automated communication workflows and customer journeys.
• Implement personalized email campaigns and dynamic content using AMPScript.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting logic, segmentation, and campaign performance.
• Ensure high-quality execution using HTML/CSS for email templates and responsive design.
• Analyze campaign data and optimize performance across lifecycle channels.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder
• Hands-on experience with AMPScript
• Strong skills in HTML & CSS
• Understanding of segmentation, personalization, and analytics for campaign optimization
