This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Hybris Consultant based in India.
The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for complex digital commerce environments. You will contribute to large-scale B2B and B2C transformation projects, helping organizations deliver seamless customer experiences through innovative technology solutions. The position involves working across the full commerce lifecycle, from solution design and customization to deployment and performance optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable and secure platforms. Accountabilities:
- Design, configure, customize, and deploy SAP Commerce Cloud solutions adapted to complex B2B and B2C business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Develop and enhance commerce functionalities using SAP Hybris extension frameworks, Java, Groovy, and related technologies.
- Customize data models, workflows, business logic, and platform components to meet client-specific needs.
- Integrate SAP Commerce with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, payment platforms, and other third-party solutions using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Improve storefront performance, search capabilities, SEO, and personalization through tools such as Spartacus, SmartEdit, and Solr.
- Work closely with UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable, secure, and production-ready commerce deployments.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience working with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud implementations and customizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with JSP-based accelerators and SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) build and deployment processes.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Commerce architecture, extension frameworks, data modeling, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Java and Groovy development in SAP Commerce environments.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP integrations and enterprise commerce ecosystems is preferred.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is an advantage.
- Exposure to cloud deployment environments including AWS or Azure is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
