Job Title: Semarchy MDM Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Semarchy MDM Specialist with 8–10 years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on
experience in Semarchy xDM, xDI, and Master Data Management (MDM).

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Semarchy
MDM implementation, data modeling, match/merge rules, golden record management,
data quality, and Snowflake integration. The role involves designing,
developing, and supporting scalable MDM solutions using Semarchy's Unified Data
Platform and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,
  develop, and configure Semarchy xDM data models, entities,
  match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation workflows.
  
• Develop
  and maintain Semarchy xDI integration pipelines for data ingestion,
  cleansing, transformation, and synchronization.
  
• Implement
  golden record management, deduplication, data stewardship, and data
  governance workflows.
  
• Integrate
  Semarchy MDM with Snowflake, including staging, data publication,
  and downstream systems.
  
• Configure
  and deploy Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App, including roles,
  warehouses, and data sharing.
  
• Develop
  and optimize Snowflake SQL queries, views, stored procedures, tasks, and
  streams.
  
• Implement
  data quality rules, hierarchy management, and master data relationships.
  
• Collaborate
  with business stakeholders, data stewards, and data engineering teams to
  define MDM requirements.
  
• Support
  UAT, defect resolution, performance optimization, production deployment,
  and post-production activities.
  
• Prepare
  technical documentation, source-to-target mappings, and operational
  runbooks.
  

Required Skills 

• 8–10
  years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on
  Semarchy MDM experience.
  
• Strong
  hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM, including data modeling,
  match/merge, survivorship, and golden record management.
  
• Experience
  with Semarchy xDI or equivalent ETL/ELT integration tools.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, data integration, and performance tuning.
  
• Good
  understanding of MDM architecture, data governance, data stewardship, and
  data quality frameworks.
  
• Experience
  implementing MDM solutions for Customer, Supplier, Product, or Item master
  data.
  
• Strong
  analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  
• Ability
  to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience
  deploying Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App.
  
• Experience
  with Snowflake Tasks, Streams, Fivetran, or dbt.
  
• Knowledge
  of supplier, procurement, or product master data domains.
  
• Semarchy
  certification or MDM/Data Governance certification.
  
• Previous
  consulting or contract-based MDM implementation experience.
