Senior Associate - Regulatory

Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1400000 (ie INR 7-14 LPA)

Min Experience: 4 years

We are looking to expand our talent pool with high-caliber Regulatory Risk professionals who possess strong expertise in Basel frameworks (Pillar I–III) and Credit/Market Risk, working with global financial services clients.

Key Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in Regulatory Risk, Basel Implementation, or Pillar I–III frameworks.
• Strong domain knowledge in:
• Credit Risk
• Market Risk
• Basel II / Basel III / Basel 3.1
• Regulatory Reporting & Governance
• Prudential Regulation frameworks
• Experience working with global banking clients or international consulting projects.
• Solid understanding of regulatory reporting standards such as COREP, PRA, EBA, and ECB.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Pillar II ICAAP, stress testing, or capital adequacy is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools or Python is advantageous.
