Senior Counsellor - QMS

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 10–12+ years of expertise in the areas of standardization, conformity assessment, testing and calibration, and related quality domains. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting quality excellence within Indian industry through training, consulting, and active engagement in the development and implementation of national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and consultancy services in Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality tools, conformity assessment, certification standards, and risk management.
• Promote and support the adoption of quality practices across industries to enhance operational excellence and compliance.
• Provide strategic and technical support to organizations in implementing and maintaining quality frameworks.
• Represent industry interests in various national and international standardization forums.
• Contribute to the development, revision, and harmonization of national and global standards.
• Identify opportunities for training and consulting assignments to drive revenue generation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver impactful quality improvement solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of QMS standards and certification processes.
• Expertise in standardization, conformity assessment, and quality auditing.
• Strong training delivery and facilitation skills.
• Proven experience in industry representation at regulatory or standardization bodies.
• Business development acumen to drive consulting and training revenue.
