Accountabilities:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality creative solutions for both internal initiatives and external projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, develop compelling visual concepts, and ensure consistency across all design outputs.
- Create engaging marketing materials, brand assets, sales presentations, infographics, event materials, and digital campaigns.
- Translate complex business ideas into visually compelling designs tailored to professional audiences.
- Support internal brand initiatives while delivering exceptional creative work for client-facing projects.
- Develop polished presentations, including high-impact PowerPoint decks and business communication materials.
- Design content such as white papers, case studies, corporate brochures, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Apply strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to every project.
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative approaches to visual communication.
- Leverage modern design tools and technologies, including AI-powered creative solutions, to enhance workflows and outputs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced graphic designer with a strong background in B2B environments, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse creative projects independently. You should combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and a strong understanding of professional audiences.
- 6–7+ years of graphic design experience, specifically within B2B environments such as corporate organizations, professional services, or enterprise software.
- Experience working in an agency environment or within an established marketing team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with B2B deliverables, including case studies, sales presentations, corporate brochures, event materials, and digital campaigns.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong presentation design skills, particularly using PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop clear and visually engaging designs from complex business concepts.
- Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva’s Magic Design, Figma AI features, Photoshop Generative Fill, Beautiful.ai, or Gamma.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely and align with UK working hours (3 PM – 12 AM India time).
