As a Senior Product Manager, you will own product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will become a subject matter expert in your product area, using market insights, customer feedback, and data to guide strategic decisions. Accountabilities:
The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery while ensuring solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Own and drive the product roadmap by defining priorities based on customer insights, market research, business goals, and data analysis.
- Develop product vision and strategy while identifying opportunities to improve lending workflows and customer experiences.
- Research market trends, competitive solutions, and industry developments to inform product decisions and long-term direction.
- Partner with engineering, data science, operations, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to align product initiatives.
- Create product documentation including specifications, business cases, process flows, and strategic plans.
- Act as a product subject matter expert, maintaining deep knowledge of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Define success metrics, establish KPIs, monitor performance, and communicate progress against product goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve product adoption and value.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to create dashboards, reports, and insights that support continuous product improvement.
- Ensure product launches are executed effectively through phased rollouts, stakeholder alignment, and customer feedback loops.
- Advocate for user-friendly experiences by applying strong product judgment and attention to UI/UX quality.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced product professional with strong expertise in fintech, lending, and technology-driven product development, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong background in product management, preferably within the mortgage or lending industry.
- Proven experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering successful products.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, work with urgency, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate problems, measure impact, and identify opportunities.
- Experience working with APIs and understanding how technical solutions support customer needs.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align teams across functions.
- Passion for creating intuitive, customer-focused products with strong UI/UX considerations.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on product adoption, customer value, and business outcomes.

- 5+ years of product management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a management degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered platforms, OCR, intelligent document processing, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms, LOS integrations, or enterprise B2B software solutions is advantageous.
