This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (Analytics Platform) in India.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product areas within an AI-native analytics and automation platform designed for enterprise use. You will operate at the intersection of data, analytics, and product innovation, shaping solutions that help organizations automate complex business workflows. The position involves close collaboration with senior leadership, including founders, to define product direction and drive high-impact decisions. You will translate complex customer needs and market signals into clear, actionable product strategies that accelerate execution. Working in a distributed, fast-paced environment, you will partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, high-value features. This role is highly strategic, with strong influence over product vision, prioritization, and enterprise adoption outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core analytics platform areas from discovery to launch
- Define and prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Translate complex enterprise customer feedback and market insights into structured product decisions
- Lead customer discovery efforts and maintain strong feedback loops with enterprise users
- Improve execution quality by enhancing product specifications, scoping clarity, and delivery efficiency
- Partner directly with executive leadership to shape long-term product vision and strategic trade-offs
- Drive continuous improvement in product processes, learning cycles, and delivery outcomes
Requirements
- 8–12 years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise environments
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior Product Manager or equivalent leadership-level role
- Strong background in data, analytics, BI, or data infrastructure products
- Proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact products in enterprise settings
- Strong strategic thinking ability with experience shaping product direction, not just execution
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across distributed and async teams
- Experience collaborating with US-based stakeholders or global product teams is preferred
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous inputs into structured product requirements and roadmaps
